q: when will my order be dispatched?
a: we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days and will send you an email notification as soon as your items are on their way.


q: who do you use to deliver your orders?
a: we use Hermes for the UK, Royal Mail for European orders and DHL for worldwide.


q: how long will delivery take?
a: it depends on the option you've chosen. please see our shipping page for more information.


q: do you ship worldwide?
a: we sure do mama.


q: how do I track my order?
a: as soon as your order is dispatched, you'll be sent the tracking information via email.


q: how long will it take to process my refund?
a: as soon as we receive your return, we will notify you via email. it can then take up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed. there's more info on returns here.


q: my item is damaged, can I exchange it?
a: of course. we do carefully check all items before they are sent out but in the rare instance that a fault is missed, we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange. just email returns@the5ammama.com to get the ball rolling.


q: can I pre-order an item that is out of stock?
a: yes mama. we have small production cycles to minimise wastage. items that are out of stock can be pre-ordered for delivery in 3-4 weeks. you'll be notified when your order has arrived in stock and is ready for dispatch.
