returns

don’t like the fit or the colour? No worries. you can return any unworn items to us within 14 days with the original tags attached.

we carefully check every item before it leaves us but if your garment does arrive damaged, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing returns@the5ammama.com

please use a tracked delivery method for your return. the delivery will remain your responsibility until it is received by us. we cannot refund missing items without proof of postage.

to save paper, we don’t include a returns slip in our packaging. please email returns@the5ammama.com so we know to expect your item back. please include your name and order number in the email.

as soon as the item has been received by us, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

if the order has not yet been dispatched, by law you have the right to cancel any orders placed within 7 working days for a refund. If the order has been dispatched it will be processed as a return. please follow the returns policy above.
