we can't wait for you to receive your 5am mama order and will arrange shipping as soon as possible after your order is placed. this is typically 1-2 working days. you'll then be able to track your order until it arrives at your door. 

UK shipping

UK orders will be shipped though Evri. please note, orders need to be placed before 11am for next day delivery.

worldwide shipping

good news, we ship to mamas worldwide. please be aware customs and duty payments will be liable for you to pay to the courier before delivery. 

international shipping is with is Royal Mail International for europe and with DHL for the rest of the world.

VAT and duties

any orders outside the UK are liable for customs and duty payments.  the amount depends on the country you are in and the courier will contact you to advise on the payment amount before delivery. 

order tracking

as soon as your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow the status of your shipment. if you are having any issues with the tracking number, please contact us on support@the5ammama.com

we are a small business and your order means the world to us but we understand you may occasionally need to return an item. no worries. you can return any unworn items to us within 14 days with the original tags attached.

we carefully check every item before it leaves us but if your garment does arrive damaged, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing returns@the5ammama.com and we will advise on next steps.

please use a tracked delivery method for your return. the delivery will remain your responsibility until it is received by us. we cannot refund missing items without proof of postage.

to save paper, we don’t include a returns slip in our packaging. please email returns@the5ammama.com so we know to expect your item back. please include your name and order number in the email.

as soon as the item has been received by us, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

cancel

if the order has not yet been dispatched, by law you have the right to cancel any orders placed within 7 working days for a refund. if the order has been dispatched it will be processed as a return. please follow the returns policy above.
